①ご予約注意点：(a)日本時間・アメリカ時間をお気を付けください。(b)予定が合わない場合、ご気軽にご連絡下さい。(c)お時間を最大限に活用する為、事前アンケートを用意しております。お客様の回答に対して事前調査を致しますので、最低一週間前にご予約をお願い致します。アンケートが回答されていない場合セッションを行いません。 ②キャンセル料：事前調査をしておりますので、キャンセル期間を48時間以内とさせて頂きます（全額返金）。ご予定日より48時間以内のキャンセルはご返金出来かねますのでご了承ください。 ③ご予約受付：３０日以上前のご予約は出来かねますので、ご了承ください。 ④予約変更：予約変更はオンラインで可能ですので、キャンセル料が発生する前によろしくお願いいたします。そ48時間以内の予約変更は受け付けておりませんので、ご了承ください。 ⑤当サービスは海外の大学・大学院の合格・奨学金獲得の確立を最大限まで上げるコンサルサー ビスです。大学入学を保証するものではございません。 ⑥サービスで使用した情報の転用・漏洩や転売は固くお断りしております。SNSなどでの情報公開や誹謗中傷、さらに他社への情報漏洩はユーザーに対して損害賠償責任を負担していただきます。 ① Appointment (a) Please be careful with the time zone when you make an appointment. We do not refund the payment for the session within 48 hours of the session. ③Appointment: Please be aware that you cannot make an appointment more than a month earlier. ④ Rescheduling: Rescheduling is possible within 48 hours (before the cancellation policy is enforced). ⑤ We cannot take responsibility for the outcome of the results.
